Chris Jones, Owner The business is owned and operated by Chris Jones. He has 5 years of experience in teaching and mentoring kids. Mr. Jones started off working at Texas State University where he helped college students with various assignments. From there, he was assigned to Mendez Elementary School in San Marcos, TX. At Mendez Elementary School, he worked as a teacher assistant/tutor with underprivileged kids of all ages and helped students who suffered with learning disabilities such as ADHD/ADD, dyslexia, autism, dysgraphia and processing disorders. Currently, Mr. Jones is an accountant for the State of Texas, and a college level night instructor at Southern Careers Institute. In addition, Mr. Jones is working on his Master's in Business Administration at Texas A&M Commerce.

Zoe Arispe Zoe Arispe is a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Tx. After moving back to San Antonio, Ms. Arispe became a City Year Corps Member in 2014-2015. In 2015-2016, Zoe worked for KIPP San Antonio as a Special Education Paraprofessional.  Ms. Arispe has been involved with tutoring, mentoring, and/or teaching since she was in high school. Currently,  she is employed as a Special Education Co-Teacher at New Frontiers Charter School.

Jarome Watts Jarome Watts is a graduate of Michigan State University in Lansing, MI where he pursued his degree in Human Resources with Concentrations in Mathematics and English. He continued to pursue his education with a Masters in Social Work from Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University with a concentration in Mental Health. Jarome has always had a passion for inspiring and teaching others. He has been a tutor or some form of mentor since high school. He currently is working at the Department of Family and Protective Services where he trains new hires aboutpolicy, procedure and best practice of Child Protective Services.

Danielle Williams Danielle Williams is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy with a concentration in Elementary Education. While studying at the university, Danielle volunteered as a tutor & mentor for underprivileged and delinquent youth helping them with homework in all subjects. In addition, Ms. Williams has helped fellow classmates in math including Geometry, Algebra 1 & 2. Currently, she is attending Texas State University working on her Bachelor's degree in Occupational Workforce Leadership Studies.

Hannah Mollie-West Hannah Mollie West is a graduate of Texas State University with a concentration Family & Child Development & Psychology. Hannah’s passion for working with children started at a young age. While in high school, she started working as a mentor in an after school program and from there she went on to be a youth soccer coach as well.  While in college she worked as a substitute teacher and was given the responsibility of being a teacher at the ExCEL After School Program. She worked as a Lead Pre-School teacher for over a year at a Headstart in Del Valle where she focused on making learning fun and hands on!

Hannah Mollie West is a graduate of Texas State University with a concentration Family & Child Development & Psychology. Hannah’s passion for working with children started at a young age. While in high school, she started working as a mentor in an after school program and from there she went on to be a youth soccer coach as well.  While in college she worked as a substitute teacher and was given the responsibility of being a teacher at the ExCEL After School Program. Elise’s previous education experience includes working in New Orleans as a teaching assistant/tutor of physical science to middle school students, promoting STEM education to New Orleans public school students of all ages via laboratory demonstrations and STEM-related events, and interning within the operations department of a rapidly growing chartered middle school. In addition, she has been a CASA Guardian ad Litem since 2014, volunteering as a Transitioning Youth Specialist to provide a voice of advocacy for abused and neglected children in the family court system. She now utilizes her analytical thinking skills as an air quality data specialist for the state of Texas. She is eager to share her knowledge and passion for learning with students of all ages, and aims to help students achieve their goals, no matter the magnitude.

Brianna Orta Brianna is a senior at the University of Texas at San Antonio with a concentration in nonprofit management and minor in communication. Her most recent role as an admissions counselor for UT Austin, has equipped her with the tools to provide high school students with the necessary guidance to successfully apply to college.
