Learning Loss During Summer
During the summer, many students go months without actively learning new material. Whereas many see the summer as a break, teachers across the globe see the summer as a time where students experience learning loss. Particularly, students who were close to falling behind at the end of the spring semester are more likely to begin the following school year attempting to catch up.
Such a situation can cause stress and fear within young people. Maintaining consistent, independent learning and providing support for students is what Planting Seeds Tutoring & Test Prep has carefully considered during this tough time.Â
Now that students have (hopefully) began to develop a consistent habit of at-home learning, Planting Seeds Tutoring & Test Prep will assist in helping students thrive during the summer instead of falling behind.
