What is the GMAT?

The Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) is the test accepted by most business schools. If you want to receive a Master of Business Administration degree, there’s a high chance you’ll need to take the GMAT. The GMAT tests each student in the following areas:

  • Math
  • Verbal
  • Integrated Reasoning
  • Analytical Writing Assessment

Each section of the test is administered on the computer, and is broken down into multiple-choice answers and one essay topic for the Analytical Writing Assessment. In total, with breaks, the test is about 3.5 hours long.

The test is offered year-round. To find out more and register for the GMAT, check out MBA’s official website.

At Planting Seeds Tutoring & Test Prep, we assign tutors who are experienced in the GMAT alongside you to maintain a consistent schedule with marked progression. We aim to have all of our students perform well the first time around.
